Very good gel. I just got it, and have used it several times on my lower back pain. I use it before I go to bed, and also when I first wake up in the mornings. And it really works. The gel is very soothing and smells wonderful. It's the eucalyptus in it. The gel consistency is just like a hand cream. Very smooth going on. I would recommend it to anyone with lower back pain. I am also sure it would work on others aches and pains.
