Who is kushina uzumaki

Kushina deeply loved her family and was not afraid to sacrifice her life to stop the Nine-Tails, even taking the fox's deathblow meant for her newborn son. She also cared deeply about Minato's students, thinking that Rin Nohara was adorable and would often hug and kiss her on the forehead. She also had friendly fights with Obito Uchiha , her favourite according to Minato. Kushina was well-known for her beauty. Her hair was straight and reached her ankles thighs in the anime with shoulder-length strands that framed both sides of her face and a black clip that parts her hair to the left.

Generally, she wore a high-collared, sleeveless blouse under a long, loose-fitting dress with a wristband on her left wrist and standard shinobi sandals. While her style of clothing normally consisted of this, she has been seen wearing it in varying colours.

While on duty, she wore a blue forehead protector with her hair tied up in a high ponytail and strands at the sides of her face. Her attire consisted of a standard Konoha flak jacket over a black short-sleeved shirt and black form-fitting pants that reached her calves. In her childhood, she had a round face, which, with her red hair naturally framing both sides of her face, giving her the resemblance of a tomato.

Her attire was a sleeveless kimono-style blouse that was yellow in colour and held closed with a green obi over a short-sleeved mesh shirt with a pair of dark blue shorts and brown shinobi sandals. In her adolescence, she wore a short-sleeved, tan kimono-like blouse with a dark embroidered border, held closed with a black obi , a dark short skirt and stockings that stopped at her thighs along with the village's forehead protector and brown sandals.

Even when first entering as an Academy student , Kushina proved to be a strong and fierce barehanded fighter. She would beat several kids even a genin in the anime "half to death" for teasing her, earning her the nickname "Red Hot-Blooded Habanero". As an Uzumaki, Kushina was blessed with a strong life-force, granting her tremendous chakra reserves and vitality.

This also gave her tremendous stamina, healing powers, and longevity. With her chakra, Kushina could materialise Adamantine Sealing Chains , which were strong enough to restrain and subdue the Nine-Tails.

During his training with Killer B at the Tailed Beast Temple to learn to control his tailed beast, Naruto was almost overwhelmed by the Nine-Tails' hatred, and began to undergo Version 2 transformation. Just as the hatred almost consumed him, he heard a small, clear voice speaking to him as Kushina appeared before him.

Naruto initially believed that she was the Nine-Tails in disguise, and as he chided the " beast " for taking such a form and how it laughed, she hits him in the head. Picking up on this and realising Kushina was his mother, Naruto started to cry and embraced her.

His happiness halted the Nine-Tails' spreading influence and Kushina used her Adamantine Sealing Chains to restrain the Nine-Tails in order to give them a chance to talk. As the chains emerged the Nine-Tails was surprised after recognising her chakra. With the opportunity to speak more freely now, Kushina noted that her son had inherited her features and verbal tick, but thankfully got his father's hair colour, as well as eyes. Dismissing this, Naruto noted that she was beautiful and had he gotten her hair colour as well, he would have been really handsome.

Her smiles of joy soon turned to ones of embarrassment, however, when asked how she and Minato fell in love. Nevertheless, Kushina told Naruto the story of how she had come to Konoha as a child and was almost kidnapped by Kumo-nin, but subsequently rescued by his father.

Afterwards, she told Naruto the words that she reserved for people who complimented her hair, and with the words of love resonating throughout him, Naruto was able to break free of the beast's hatred. Kushina later watched on and helped Naruto extract and separate the Nine-Tails' chakra from its body noting that her son was a powerful fighter.

With her remaining time, she told him about the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack and how the beast came to be sealed within him. After her story was finished, she apologised for placing such a burden on him. Naruto replied that it didn't matter, for even though she and Minato weren't there to show their child love, he knew that they had loved him long before the Nine-Tails was sealed into him; thus, he didn't blame her and Minato for anything, and was happy to be their son.

Overjoyed, Kushina tearfully hugged Naruto, and thanked him for letting her and Minato be his parents before she completely faded away, finally able to pass on in peace.

More than anything, Kushina wanted to protect her newborn son Naruto. This was why she first objected to Minato's decision to seal the Nine-Tails into him.

Ultimately agreeing to Minato's plan which would also protect their village, Kushina imparted her final words to Naruto by which he should live. She would later play an integral role in Naruto's success in taking control of the Nine-Tails; a power which was later heavily relied on for the success of the Allied Shinobi Forces. Also, Kushina is quite similar to her son Naruto in personality, as observed by both Kurama and her husband Minato.

This became a source of strength and joy for Minato, giving him the heart to continue fighting with Naruto against his former student, Obito.

In the alternate timeline , Minato and Kushina have a son named Menma who is the parallel version of Naruto. Sometime after Menma was born, the Black Nine-Tails was removed from Kushina and sealed within her child. Unlike most people Naruto and Sakura knew, Kushina's personality is essentially the same in this timeline; sweet and caring yet easily angered to violent outbursts.

Also in this timeline, Kushina is alive alongside Minato, continuing to serve Konohagakure alongside her husband as ninja while also able to enjoy being parents, raising their son in a loving and stable lifestyle. Unbeknownst to the couple, Menma later disappears, replaced by Naruto and the Sakura of the normal timeline who arrived in this world. When Kushina and Minato returned to the village after completing a mission, it shocked Naruto by their living presence.

As Kushina's took "Menma's" attitude as expecting them to die on mission, Kushina slugged Naruto for the lack of confidence.

While Naruto decides to continue the act of being Menma to not raise problems, he refuses to get close to the parallel parents, viewing them as nothing but fakes. Kushina however refuses to let her son act so disrespectful, quickly intimidating Naruto into joining dinner. Later, during a mission to retrieve the Red Moon Scroll left by Jiraiya, Kushina without hesitation threw herself in the way to protect Naruto from an attack by the guarding Gamabunta.

While annoyed at Naruto's reckless actions, she quickly showed how much she truly cared for her son's wellbeing with a tearful hug, finally making Naruto let the woman into his heart.

The second jinchuriki was Kushina, who eventually gave birth to another host, Naruto. It was an obvious choice to have the Uzumaki be the typical jinchuriki for Kurama, as they're known for their large quantities of chakra in addition to their formidable sealing jutsu.

They continued to play this role into Naruto's generation. Like Naruto, who the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, looked at as a lovable nuisance, Kushina also had a devious streak. When viewers first meet Naruto at the beginning of the series, he's known as the "number one knuckle-headed ninja" for his pranks and antics like graffitiing the Hokage statues, which are supposed to be respected and revered. He also dresses up in flashy makeup and strikes a dramatic pose for his school photo.

Kushina, too, had a love of practical jokes and pranks, according to the Naruto databooks. With Minato being the student of the Toad Sage, Jiraiya, it's no surprise that he and his wife would look up to the Legendary Sannin. They respected him so much, in fact, that they named their child after one of the characters in his novels.

Though by the time Naruto is grown Jiraiya is more invested in his series of romance novels, his book, The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi , plays an important role in developing Naruto's philosophies of peace and what it means to be shinobi. In a flashback to the moment Kushina meets the infant Sasuke, cradled in his mother's arms, fans learn that Naruto and Sasuke's mothers were friends.

Mikoto and Kushina coincidentally both gave birth within a few months of one another. Eventually, their sons would become bitter rivals and best friends. While it seems like a convenient detail, it may actually point to the tension between the Senju clan, which is deeply intertwined with the Uzumaki clan, and the Uchiha clan from the days of Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha. Naruto is infamous for his love of ramen, and he is one of Ichiraku Ramen's best customers.

When in Konoha, fans seldom see him without a cup of instant ramen or a bowl of restaurant ramen at some point. He even shares a love of ramen with his wife, Hinata, who won an eating contest at Ichiraku. Tobi said that he was going to extract the Nine-Tails from her body.

Once the Nine-Tails was extracted, Kushina survived thanks to her clan's long physical endurance, but was greatly weaken. Tobi took full control of Kurama and demanded him to finish Kushina off but was rescued by Minato and Tobi got away. Kushina told Minato that the man is going to Konoha and begged Minato to protect the village.

Minato took Kushina back home so that she can look after Naruto as Minato left to protect the village. Later, Kushina was summoned by Minato with Naruto. Kushina used her Chakra Chains to restrain Kurama. Kushina with strong determination told Minato that she is going to take Kurama down with her in death.

She sadly thanked Minato for everything, and that she wished that she could see Naruto grow up and wished a future for their family of three. Furious, Kushina did not wished a heavy burden on her son, and she demanded Minato as to why he is risking his own life for hers and Konoha's sake. Minato answered that deserting a village is just as horrible as deserting a child and that they are all a family of Shinobi. He even told her that he can never replaced her, since Naruto needed most of his guidance from his mother.

Minato declared that by sealing Kurama in Naruto and with Naruto mastering Kurama's powers as an adult, he will stop Tobi and save the world from total chaos. Kushina sadly agreed and Minato summoned the sealing alter and placed Naruto on it. Once Kurama who was no longer controlled by Tobi saw the alter, he tried to killed Naruto so that he would not be resealed, but Kushina and her husband standed in the way and they together took the hit with Kurama's claw piercing though them, severly wounding them in the process.

Kushina then died with Minato as they together sealed Kurama in Naruto. Kushina made her first major appearance while Naruto was being trained under Killer Bee into extracting Kurama's Chakra. In confusion, Naruto mistaken Kushina as Kurama's human form because of her laughing, which caused Kushina to hit Naruto on the head as she used her tic word Dattebane, which caused Naruto to be surprised and confused at the same time. Kushina apologized to Naruto and explained to Naruto that she was always hot headed as a child and hoped that he didn't turn out as her.

Just immediately, Naruto tearfully hugged Kushina and recognized her as his mother, much to Kushina's understanding happiness. Kushina then had Kurama stay out of their conversation by using her Chakra Chains to bind Kurama. During their conversation, Kushina explained to Naruto that Minato sealed her Chakra inside Naruto so that when the time comes, she would appear and help Naruto control Kurama's powers. Kushina then talked to Naruto on how she met and married Minato and that Naruto along his father, where the only two men who ever complemented on the loveliness of her hair and told her son she loved him.

With new convidence because of his mother's love for him and her help, Naruto was able to extract Kurama's powers and gained new powers from the Sage of Six Paths. Kushina congratulated Naruto and she was able to past on, not before revealing the truth behind the Nine-Tailed Fox Incident to Naruto and how he became a Jinchuuriki from the start.

After finishing the whole story, Kushina told Naruto she was so sorry that her and Minato made Naruto a vessel. Naruto said that he forgives her and that he would never blame his parents for what they did.

He described that he now knows what a parent's love is like and risking their lives to protect him, and that he is proud to be Kushina's son. Tearfully overjoyed with happiness, Kushina embraced Naruto as she dispersed into the light while thanking him and pasted on peacefully.
